Our home village
Jamunather.
This is where Roots began. A village of curious, capable people and wide morning skies, where young learners are building real skills, and a quiet confidence is taking root.
The place
A village that looks forward.
Jamunather sits amid green fields that catch the first light of the day. Its people know the value of patient work, and they carry a warm, matter-of-fact pride in what their hands and minds can do. Families here want the same thing families everywhere want: a fair chance for their young people to learn, to earn, and to stand on their own feet.
Walk through on a learning day and you will find young people at screens and notebooks, asking good questions, helping one another, and discovering that skills they once thought were far away are well within reach. That is the everyday picture of Jamunather we are proud of, capable people, learning together.
Where it started
The first learners.
Our first cohort was small on purpose. A handful of young people from Jamunather, a few subjects, and a promise that everything would be free and open to all. We began with the basics that matter most: getting comfortable with a computer and the internet, learning to spot online fraud, and building the habits that keep money and conduct safe.
What we saw in those first weeks is what keeps us going. Curiosity turned into confidence. A learner who had never used a keyboard was soon helping the next person find their way. Progress, it turns out, is contagious. Each learner who gains a skill quietly raises what the whole village believes is possible.
Impact so far
Small, real, and honest.
We would rather show a small number we can prove than a large one we cannot. These figures are updated as our records are confirmed. Anyone is welcome to visit Jamunather and verify them in person.
An open invitation
Bring Roots to your village.
What began in Jamunather does not have to stay in Jamunather. If you would like to see the work up close, help a neighbouring village start something similar, or simply learn how it is done, we would be glad to talk. There is no cost and no catch, only an open door.
